Scope of Services. Through this Site, Luxforce Cleaning Services markets and arranges House Cleaning, Deep Cleaning, Move-In Cleaning, Move-Out Cleaning, Appliance Cleaning, Airbnb Cleaning, Home Sanitization, Patio Cleaning. All work is performed under separate written agreement.

Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.

Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.

Intellectual Property. All content on https://luxforcecleaningservices.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Luxforce Cleaning Services or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.

Termination. Luxforce Cleaning Services may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or for any other reason.

Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. Luxforce Cleaning Services does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.

Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, Luxforce Cleaning Services's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.

Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold Luxforce Cleaning Services harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.

Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of FL, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in FL.
